I'm looking for someone to edit reels for me and my clients. Starting pay $800/month, growing from there based on volume and how you show up. There's potential to expand into design, email marketing, or other areas if that's your thing. Remote position, but bonus if you live in Austin!
This is for you if
- You love social media and consume it daily
- You already create content, even just for yourself or for fun, and have work you can show me
- You have experience editing reels, personally or professionally. Doesn't have to be paid
- You understand what organic content looks like vs polished ad-style stuff
- You know the different reel styles (talking head, B-roll, storytelling, trending, etc.)
- You're a self-starter and an action taker. You can watch a reference and replicate the vibe without needing it spelled out
- You're open to feedback and like figuring things out
- You want creative input, not just hand-off work. I want a critical thinker who brings ideas
- You're genuinely interested in entrepreneurship and holistic health (most of our clients live in this world and the work shows when you care)
Bonus points if
- You're in Austin and down to help film occasionally
- You have an eye for basic design too

Right now the team is basically me, so you'd be working directly with me. You'd see how everything actually runs behind the scenes. We do video editing, email marketing, design, strategy, coaching. We're starting you on reels, but if you want to grow into more, the door's open.
I'm a Gen Z founder so the vibe is creative, fun, low ego. I've been exactly where you are. I figured this whole thing out on my own and now I have an incredible mentor I learn from, so I know what good mentorship does. I want to do the same for someone who's ready to grow.
